Finishing of non‐shrinkage mortar traces 2018/11/09

Repair and finishing of exposed concrete parts

Hello! This is Tamura!

This time, we repaired the non-shrink mortar placement mark at the crown of levee of the wall.

(Because the position of the bolt was wrong, the part where the non‐shrinkage mortar was placed after removal)

I would like to fix this.

This is also beautifully finished.

First, polishing the non‐shrinkage casting part with a Level Grinding Wheel # 36 ⇒ flatten it.trowel-coating a thin coat of Repair Resin over the entire surface.

* Point: Since it is not glossy, do not use repelling,Squeeze thinly to cover the whole with just the Repair Resin.

After it is completely dry, lightly rub it with Paper # 600 to blend it in.

All you have to do is spray the color-adjusted C Repair Color to add a pattern, but ...

The point here as well!

If you try to erase only the repaired part (narrow area), it will stand out on the contrary.

As with all color matching,Spray it a little wider to eliminate the border and blur it.

By doing this, you can erase the repaired part with a good feeling.
