↓ State before construction

It is a state where pin holes are popping up all over.

The basic procedure is

Fill ⇒ scrape ⇒ rub

Just OK.

However, there are some tips and conditions in the process.

"fill in"

Material conditions

・ It is a repair material for fine particles (it is better not to contain large aggregate)
・ It is a repair material with bright colors.
・ It is a repair material that is hard to whiten.

Tips

・ Adjust the water absorption (so that the water in the repair material is not absorbed by the base)
・ If there are many pin holes, it will be easier to match the colors by applying it as a whole without applying it one by one.
・ Since the material becomes thin due to hardening, apply it with a little excitement.

"Shave"

・ Use a cutter blade type scraper
・ Shave off the material before it completely hardens (on the contrary, it is not good if it is too early)
-Completely remove the material until the concrete surface is visible

"Rub"

・ Use Waterproof Sand Paper# 600
・ After the material is completely hardening
・ Use your entire palm and rub evenly from end to end

If you are aware of these things, I think that most of the pin holes treatment will be cleaned up.

■ Actual procedure () indicates the name of the material used

(1) Apply a 10-fold or more cation diluted solution (Royal W21) to the construction surface to adjust water absorption.
* Be careful as the color will remain if it is dark!

(2) Knead the repair material(Repair Resin# 45 White) softly in a Rubber Bowl to the extent of an earlobe.

③ trowel-coating evenly to the whole with a 5mm thick gold trowel .

④ Apply the material to the pin holes part with a slight swelling.

⑤ While watching the timing when the color of the painted part starts to change, scrape off the material with a scraper.

⑥ When it is completely hardening, rub it evenly with # 600 paper.

　

In most cases this is the end.

However, this time I tried to modify it a little more. (To fit the existing repair part)

Spray the entire spray color (C Repair Color # 2 gray) twice.

⑧ Put a pattern on the whole with a Pattern Pad (Tone Color black)
