cross section repair and surface finish

Hello! This is Tamura!

This time we repaired the difference in level that had occurred during the pouring process.

The depth of the area where the battens were laid is about 10 to 30 mm.

Before construction

After polishing the circumference of the difference in level with a flat surface polishing polishing # 36

The base is made with quick-drying, non‐shrinkage mortar.

After the non‐shrinkage mortar has hardening, smooth the surface with Repelage .

Once the base is ready, cure the surrounding area and spray the color-adjusted C Repair Color color.

( adhesion was rust around it and it was reddish brown.

#6 Dark yellow with yellow and red tones (to be released in the future)

(Use a lot of black and fine-tune with a few drops of black)

After drying, I applied a darker reddish brown and black pattern with a patterning pad .

Tap the paint to connect the rust colored stain.

Once it blends in with the surroundings and no longer feels out of place, it's complete.
(Time required: approx. 30 minutes, 20 locations)

After construction

As a point , spray Ⅽ Lipe color wider than the repaired part.

It is to reproduce the rust color and color it so that it can be connected in the same way as the surrounding rust-colored stain .

By doing so, the finish will become familiar with the surroundings.
