How to put out “gloss” for concrete part repair 2018/03/17

Today is a point course.

If you are a concrete repairer, the problem is almost always a problem.I think it is the " gloss " and " difference in texture " after repair.

Our " C Repair Lining " was developed to help solve this problem.

Therefore, we often receive inquiries from customers recently.

When using " C Repair Lining "

"It doesn't look as beautiful as gloss and videos!"

"No matter how many times you trowel-coating the trowel , it doesn't gloss!"

"How can I get a good gloss?"

I would like to talk about "points of glazing".

↓ In this way, the state of no gloss after repair

↓ Actually, the gloss comes out so far.

How to gloss Repair Resin

The biggest point to get this gloss is just right! [Polite groundwork] What is it!

Then I will explain it with the photos in an easy-to-understand manner.

State before repair

It will be constructed using a Repair Resin at the repaired part.

Be sure to add the Repair Resin so that the point here is beyond the surface.

While checking the hardening status of the Repair Resin , use a scraper to scrape off the excess Repair Resin.

Actually, this process is the biggest point of " gloss "!

If the construction surface is not completely exposed as shown in the photo,The " gloss " like the finished photo never comes out!

If the finish is " plus " from the surface or the opposite " minus ",No matter how much C Repair Lining is used after this, it will not be gloss.

So, as I mentioned earlier, " glazing "

The biggest point is [careful groundwork] !

This point is absolute, so be sure to do it.

After the careful surface treatment is completed, we will finally start the construction with C Repair Lining .

The point here is ...

Is it possible to apply C Repair Lining as thinly as possible and remove it with a trowel?

At this time as well, if extra C Repair Lining remains at the construction site

(Left behind) Please note that you cannot " glazing ".

After confirming that the C Repair Lining is completely dry, use # 600 water- Waterproof Sand Paper.Familiarize the surface and wipe it off with a waste cloth.

At this time, the gloss will change depending on how much the paper is rubbed and how much the waste cloth is rubbed, so please try various things.

If you want to make it more " glazing ", it is recommended to rub it on the back of the paper!

If you color matching lightly from this state, the gloss will remain well.

It's been a long time, but I'm going to finish today's slightly serious point course.

Thank you.
