STEP1

Surface treatment of the turned-up part

Polishing entirely using a Level Grinding Wheel # 36. Remove vulnerable areas

STEP2

Surface treatment of the turned-up part

・ Clean with a blower ・ Apply Royal W21 (stock solution 1: water 3-5) diluted solution to the entire surface ・Trowel-coating Repair Resin to the entire trowel
・ After hardening , Polishing again with a Level Grinding Wheel # 80.
・ Cleaning with a blower

STEP3

・C Repair Color all spray
・Polishing with # 600 paper
・ Partially pattern with Tone Color pattern liquid ・ Completed
